Group class designed for advanced members with proficient skills, recommended for those with a total of over 50 sessions. If your class experience is insufficient, you may find it challenging and risk sports injuries. Level 3 introduces more technical aspects, providing a stimulating and enjoyable experience, continuously challenging yourself, and embracing the joy of movement.
