Skill Level 1

Specifically designed for beginners, focusing on simple Fitfly bungee fitness techniques, recommended for members with a total of no more than 20 sessions. Level 1 offers excellent high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for effective fat burning, enhancing overall cardiovascular endurance. It serves as an ideal starting point for fitness novices stepping into a healthier lifestyle.

Skill Level 2

Tailored for intermediate participants, emphasizing a blend of intermediate techniques. Recommended for members with a total of more than 20 sessions, not advisable for beginners. Level 2 offers an engaging advanced experience, intensifying full-body fat burning. While the workout intensity increases, participants get to explore a variety of more interesting movements. Level 2 also opens the door to CHOREO Class.

Skill Level 3

Designed for advanced members with proficient skills, recommended for those with a total of over 50 sessions. If your class experience is insufficient, you may find it challenging and risk sports injuries. If uncertain about Level 3 readiness, consult our coaches for an assessment. Level 3 introduces more technical aspects, providing a stimulating and enjoyable experience, continuously challenging yourself, and embracing the joy of movement.
